Each box includes essentials like nappies, wipes, bath products, and a rotating selection of baby care items, along with special treats for mum.

Each box contains:
✔️ Nappies & Wipes
✔️ Nappy Bags
✔️ Bath Products (like baby wash, shampoo, or lotion)
✔️ A rotating selection of burp cloths, swaddles, face washers or towels (you’ll receive a selection of these based on stock and value of other items in the box)
✔️ Special Additions – Comforters, rattles, or toys for baby, and teas, face masks, or beauty products for mum.

🍼 Who is this box for?

Our Newborn Essentials Box can be purchased as a weekly subscription, delivering a fresh box of curated products to your door each week. No need to remember to restock supplies—just open your box and enjoy the support. Cancel at any time. 

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. We make it easy to manage your subscription through your account.

🚚 How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We aim to keep rates as low as possible and offer free shipping on certain orders or promotions.

📍 Where do you deliver?

We are based in Brisbane, Australia and currently ship Australia-wide! If you're outside of Australia, please contact us directly before placing an order.

📆 When will my box arrive?

Boxes are packed and shipped weekly. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your box is on the way.

🛡️ What if I receive a damaged item?

Oh no! If anything arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your box and we’ll make it right.

🤱 Do you offer boxes for other ages?

Yes! We’re expanding our range to include boxes for different age groups (like 1–6 months and 6–12 months). Stay tuned or sign up for updates!
